Summer brings sunshine, vacations, and outdoor fun — but it also means staying extra mindful of your health. The heat and humidity can take a toll on your energy levels and overall well-being. Here are 7 easy ways to stay cool, refreshed, and energized all summer long:

1. Stay Hydrated:
Water is your best friend in summer. Drink at least 8–10 glasses daily, and add lemon, mint, or cucumber for extra refreshment. Coconut water and buttermilk are also great for hydration.

2. Eat Seasonal Fruits:
Mangoes, watermelons, berries, and cucumbers are packed with nutrients and help beat the heat. They’re also high in water content, which keeps your body cool.

3. Wear Light Clothing:
