The Andhra Pradesh SIPB Investment 2025 initiative continues to gain momentum as the state government approved ₹31,167 crore in investments from 17 companies during the 5th State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) meeting in Amaravati. These projects span key sectors like IT, food processing, renewable energy, and communication, and are set to generate over 32,600 jobs across the state.

Andhra Pradesh SIPB Investment 2025: A Surge in Economic Momentum

Since the formation of the TDP-led NDA government, Andhra Pradesh has held five SIPB meetings, clearing proposals worth ₹4.71 trillion. These clearances come from 57 companies, with the potential to generate over 4.17 lakh jobs across the state. Among the ₹31,167 crore approved investments, notable projects include:

  • Premier Energies – ₹4,200 crore at MP SEZ, Naidupet (1,500 jobs)
  • Ma Mahamaaya Industries – ₹2,063 crore in Vizianagaram (1,000 jobs)
  • LG Vendors – ₹839 crore at Sri City, Tirupati district (692 jobs)

Fourteen additional proposals cover areas like electronics manufacturing, IT services, and green energy, reinforcing Andhra Pradesh’s goal of becoming a national hub for investment and innovation.

Implementation Focus: From Approval to Action:

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu emphasized that actual implementation is key. “It’s not just about MoUs and approvals; timely execution and job creation on the ground are what truly matter,” he stated. He also instructed officials to:

  • Monitor timelines for each project’s production phase
  • Track actual job creation
  • Develop an online portal to provide real-time updates on project progress, job numbers, and beneficiaries

Strategic Focus on IT Growth:

Education, IT & Electronics Minister Nara Lokesh proposed allocating land at subsidized rates to IT companies. CM Naidu supported this suggestion and directed a revision of the existing IT policy to make Andhra Pradesh a more attractive destination for technology firms.
