On the occasion of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s birth anniversary, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh paid glowing tributes to the architect of the Indian Constitution.
Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), CM Naidu called upon citizens to draw inspiration from Dr. Ambedkar’s life and principles. Quoting Ambedkar’s powerful words — “A nation will prosper only when it is always alert, educated, self-respecting, and self-confident” — Naidu emphasized the need to build a society rooted in equality and self-respect.
“Let us all work with dedication to instill self-confidence among the underprivileged and uphold their self-respect. On Ambedkar Jayanti, let us remember the visionary who laid the foundation for a modern, inclusive Indian society,” he stated.
HRD Minister Nara Lokesh also shared his tribute on platform X, expressing deep respect for Dr. Ambedkar’s monumental contributions to democracy and secularism in India.
“The path shown by Dr. Ambedkar will continue to guide generations. Inspired by his ideals, our coalition government is committed to public welfare and social justice,” Lokesh said.
The leaders reaffirmed their government’s commitment to Dr. Ambedkar’s vision of a progressive, equitable society, free from discrimination and inequality.
